Part-Time Gods, Divine Instruments and let them be Giants!

Third Eye Games "Divine Instruments", Part-Time Gods first supplement kickstarter is underway and about to close next Thursday, October 3rd, 2013.  It was funded in just three days and 2 of the stretch goals have been achieved already.  The first of this stretch goals is a second source book on its own named "Minions of the Source" while the second is a pdf expansion named "Harder they Fall" or how i call it Let them be Giants.

What is Part-Time Gods?
Well Part-Time Gods is a Pen and Paper Role Playing Game (RPG) using the home brew Third Eye Games system called Dynamic Game System or DGS for short involving the use of a single d20 for its entire mechanic.  The Setting involves normal humans who suddenly became gods and how they interact with the world and their new found duties and powers.

I am super excited about this new supplement and expansion and can't wait for them to arrive on the mail after the kickstarter is over.  If you haven't try out Part-Time Gods or DGS, go for it very simple and fun to play while still crunchy.  If you like Part-Time Gods there still time to help with the Divine Instruments Kickstarter and if you are just a Pen and Paper RPG fan go help fund it even if is just a dollar, you will be helping create a great game.

This is Eloy Lasanta and Third Eye Games 7th successful kickstarter campaign!  That is a feat on its own!

Apocalypse Prevention, Inc. Savage Worlds Edition!

I've been running a campaign for a while of the Savage Worlds edition of Apocalypse Prevention, Inc. by Third Eye Games, Eloy Lasanta.  Unlike the base idea where generally you would play as an USA API agent, on my campaign my players are agents of a small API office on Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.  The team is composed of mainly Human agents, but there is a Burner and a Wolf People that by the way on Puerto Rico I call them Opias.  Basically most of the campaign has been trying to subdue a group of spectrals called "Los F" which are Arawak Indians angry ghosts with a really sad past.

I like to add my local folklore legends to my campaigns so my players feel more familiar with the setting.  So i been for a few months now playing with the idea of a new type of demon (API chosen name for extra-dimensional aliens).  The answer i came up with are the Spikes.  The Spike are in essence Vejigantes (folkloric creatures from festivals in Puerto Rico, today people still dress as them).  Why Spikes are helping API and why they are feared still today, that I will answer in future fan supplements.  For now I would like to share with you the Spikes a new race for Apocalypse Prevention, Inc., hope you like it.

(If link does not work let me know ASAP to fix!)

I have a pseudo calendar to get more fan material for API out:

API Fan Supplements (All dates are subject to change)!

1. New Race! Spikes   -------DONE
2. Home Base: API Old San Juan  -------- In Progress (December 2013)
3. Organizations and Enemies: Los F & Chupacabras --------- (First Quarter 2014)

Seems like a good day to start blogging!

This is Victor's Little Corner, in other words, is the corner where my imagination rules and my mind is free!  I will post about things I like and stuff that gets my imagination running!

Now a little about me,  I'm an Archaeology Graduate Student, my major is in Caribbean Archaeology and believe it or not I'm also a Computer Scientist.  I love to play pen and paper RPG's, and lately been trying out many different systems.

Super fan of Savage Worlds, just started running a campaign of Hearthstone Games, MarchLand and have been running for a while a campaign of Savage Worlds Apocalypse Prevention, Inc. by Third Eye Games.

Questions, Inputs and Ideas be my guest and ask them!
